Program Overview
The Aspen Center for Women program provides gender specific services for pregnant/postpartum women with drug and alcohol dependence and other co-occurring issues. This Intensive Residential Treatment program is for women 18 and older and has a 60 day, flexible length of stay. Aspen Center for Women has capacity to simultaneously serve a total of 16 women and their dependent children. Services offered include parenting, family therapy, case management, healthcare and integrated treatment for substance dependence, mental illness and trauma related issues.
Clients who most benefit are:
- Pregnant or postpartum, aged 18 and over
- Substance dependent with other co-occurring problems
- Involved with multiple systems
- Previous recipients of other treatment services
Aspen center is located in Westminster.
The Residential program operates 24 hours per day throughout the year.
